The room at Hotel Anna's was amazing! It had a private en-suite bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. I loved the fact that the private bathroom came with free toiletries. The 24-hour front desk was also a great convenience. Plus, every room was air-conditioned, which made my stay even more comfortable.

Personally, I just didn't enjoy the hairdryer in the room, although I understand that others might still find it useful.

It was very close to the train station and to the historic center. the staff was very gentle, kind and helpful.

The staff was so friendly and helpful - my friend missed out the fly so ended up I am there myself. The receptionist immediately helped to try to get a cheaper room for me, very impressed.

The location was super close to everything cool: the Duomo and the Palazzo Vecchio were just a stone's throw away. We also partied hard at the rooftop bar with amazing views of the city. The staff was mega helpful and hooked us up with tickets to the Uffizi Gallery and a sick pub crawl. Can't wait to go back!

The only thing we would've asked for is a bigger dance floor at the rooftop bar. The music was fire, but we wanted more space to bust out our sick moves with all the other party-goers.

1) Spacious room, 2) Fully controllable air conditioner, 3) Simple and clean room and furniture.....Other Info: The hotel has wireless internet, not wired. Breakfast is average in my point of view.

1) There is no lift (the hotel is located on the second floor of a building with high ceiling. There are about six hotels in the building, two per floor, which share the same reception and the same breakfast room). 2) Poor and haphazard daily cleaning, 3) Location (Although it is close to train station and main sightseeing spots, it is on a narrow street which can be unbearably noisy at some nights either due to shouting drunk people or ever continuing maintenance of pipes, cables, etc on an old densely populated street. You might be lucky, we were not in 2 out of 3 nights.

Location was perfect - close to the train and bus station and all the great sites, The hotel shares a reception with other hotels on the ground floor and is on the 3rd floor. No lift as it was a tradtoinal building and true to its era. Dining room was great and the breakfast( an extra cost) was filling and of good quality. Recommended to anyone looking for value for money.

Front desk located in another hotel and not terribly helpful. Front desk staff mistakenly billed us $1.8 million usd for the room, screwing up our credit for a day.

I stayed at Hotel Anna's for 3 days and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the major attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for places to visit. The room was clean, well-equipped, and surprisingly spacious. The continental breakfast offered a fresh variety of options, including soy milk for those with allergies. I was impressed by the overall cleanliness of the hotel and the amenities provided, such as free WiFi and a nice bar area with games.
